When we started our factory in 2004 we identified Consistent High Quality as one of our core values, and we remain committed to that core value today.

We implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) In accordance with ISO9001:2005. We closely manage our documentation processes.  We train and monitor all employees so they understand the importance of maintaining the same high standards throughout every aspect of their jobs.  We review our ISO certification  every year by Bureau Veritas (BV), and continually look for ways to improve our QMS.

2. COMPETITIVE PRICING

Our goal is to manage our business so we are always able to offer the most competitive prices in our product category.  We implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program in order to better manage our supply chain.  This provides us with significantly greater efficiencies which result in lower costs which we can then pass along to our customers.

We develop and maintain very close and stable relationships with our key raw material suppliers.  This positions us as a valuable premium partner which gains us greater access to higher quality raw materials and also ensures we'll receive those goods at lower costs.  

We are deeply committed to implementing new technologies to optimize our cost basis. We are especially proud of our team of dedicated workers, most of whom joined our company early on and brought with them a wealth of knowledge and manufacturing experience.

3. CUSTOMER FOCUSED

We believe we are one of the easiest factories in the country to work with and we pride ourselves on our prompt and good communication skills.  We strive every day to be flexible and capable of fully supporting our customers' unique requirements.  We believe in providing regular updates during the manufacturing process in order to minimize confusion or uncertainty.  Perhaps most important, we really listen to our customers and try to learn from them so we're one step ahead of their changing needs.
